Winter Music Conference Announces First Round of Programming and Partners for 2019

Scheduled to take place March 25-28th on Miami Beach at The Faena, Winter Music conference [WMC] is preparing for its 34th year of action. In anticipation of one of electronic music's biggest upcoming events, WMC has unveiled the first round of initial programming as well as brand and media partners.
Many are viewing the forthcoming conference as a renaissance for WMC. In March 2018, it was announced that Ultra Worldwide, the same team behind Ultra Music Festival had acquired WMC with the intent of bringing new, forward thinking programming to the historic event.
EDM.com is among the dance music media partners participating alongside The Verge, The Recording Academy/Grammy.com and MusiCares, Mixmag, Billboard Dance, Attack Magazine, Data Transmission, DJ Mag Asia, Belgium, France, Latin America, Switzerland and UK, and Magnetic Magazine.
From a brand partner perspective, the list includes major players in various different fields of the music business. From labels such as Spinnin' Records to popular collaboration and sample platform Splice, some of the industry's most impactful players have thrown their stamp of approval on WMC 2019.

With the approval of so many notable brand partners and publications, WMC is showing signs of promise under its new leadership. While complete programming has not been fully announced, a sample of topics and events can be found on the event's website.
