Tomorrowland's got something special planned for 2019.
2019 marks the 15th anniversary of Boom, Belgium festival Tomorrowland, and its organizers have a lot planned for the milestone event. Among the special additions for this year's installment is "Symphony of Unity," an orchestral performance which will take place once during each weekend.
"Symphony of Unity" will be performed by The Metropole Orkest, who famously accompanied Hardwell onstage at his farewell performance last year. One 60-minute spectacle will take place on July 21st, and the other on July 28th.
On the topic of "Symphony of Unity," conductor Dirk Brossé said:
"In my 40-year career I have conducted world-class orchestras in the most prestigious concert halls around the world, from the Royal Albert Hall in London to the Sydney Opera House and the Carnegie Hall in New York, and many more. However, performing at Tomorrowland, the world’s most famous and most original and artistic festival, will undoubtedly be a lifelong highlight."
The theme of Tomorrowland's 2019 edition is "The Book of Wisdom," and organizers recently revealed that each attendee would be given a physical book. The lineup for the 15th anniversary celebration includes such headliners as Seven Lions, Eric Prydz, Claude VonStroke, The Chainsmokers and more.
Tomorrowland 2019 will take place from July 19th-21st and July 26th-28th. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit the event website.
