SnowGlobe has spared no expense in its ninth year lineup.
MTV's SnowGlobe Music Festival has announced a 2019 lineup featuring a New Year's Eve headlining performance by none other than Skrillex. Holiday festival announcements are in full swing, and the South Lake Tahoe-based festival is not holding back for its ninth year of entertainment.
The electronic and hip-hop-focused event is the nation's largest outdoor music festival taking place on New Year's weekend. Taking place in The Sierra Nevada mountains, the environment boasts an incredible view, and a close proximity to some of the country's best skiing and snowboarding available.
Aside from the perks, SnowGlobe is once again securing a roster of top talent. Electronic artists FISHER, GRiZ, and Louis The Child are among the electronic headliners. Meanwhile, Vince Staples, E-40, and SuperDuperKyle round out the festival's top hip-hop talent. Further contributing to the unique experience are back-to-back performances from Tchami and Malaa as well as Gigantic NGHTMRE (NGHTMRE and Big Gigantic) respectively.

SnowGlobe 2019 Lineup
The bottom of SnowGlobe's flyer indicates there's still more to be discovered. Event planners Brownies & Lemonade are throwing a surprise back-to-back set and a mysterious still unnamed artist will be making their U.S. debut. While the holidays are still a few months away, SnowGlobe's announcement is likely to accelerate the New Year's planning for what will in all likelihood be over 15,000 attendees.
Information and tickets for Snowglobe's 2019 edition are available now.
