Martin Garrix shared the news that his ankle is recovering steadily.
Following a month off after an ankle injury at OMNIA Nightclub in Las Vegas, Martin Garrix is returning to his regularly scheduled performances. The Dutch producer took to Instagram to share his specialist had cleared him to perform as early as July 4th.
July 4th is significant for Martin Garrix (real name Martijn Gerard Garritsen), as it will mark the start of his Ushuaïa residency in Ibiza. Understandably, Garritsen states he still has more healing to do, but the time off has served him well.

Garritsen was hospitalized and underwent surgery on his ankle in early June. The injury forced cancellations at Ultra Korea, Spring Awakening, and Secret Solstice among other festivals for the "Summer Days" producer.
