Martin Garrix Enlisted to Produce UEFA Euro 2020 Theme

Martin Garrix announced the partnership during his RAI Amsterdam set during Amsterdam Dance Event.

Artists of Martin Garrix's caliber often have a hand in entertainment markets outside of music. The Dutch DJ/producer has announced his latest such crossover, revealing that he has been tasked with composing the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Euro 2020 theme.

The UEFA championship pits the best teams from each European country against each other to determine which among them is the best. Martin Garrix (real name Martijn Garritsen) announced that he has already concocted the tournament's theme during a performance at RAI Amsterdam during Amsterdam Dance Event.

Garritsen saw his big break in 2013 with the runaway success of his hit single, "Animals," which he released at the tender, young age of 16. He went on to earn the #1 spot in the DJ Mag Top 100 for three consecutive years. This year, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike nabbed the spot and ended his streak.

Neither Garritsen nor the UEFA have teased any snippets of the UEFA Euro 2020 theme at the time of writing.
