Lollapalooza attendees will be treated to a “MADEON LIVE” show.
Madeon‘s name has found its way into the right conversations about EDM over the past couple weeks. It recently came to light that the French DJ/producer would perform at the inaugural edition of Porter Robinson‘s Second Sky Festival, and now he’s revealed that he’ll debut a new stage show at this year’s Lollapalooza.
The Chicago, Illinois festival announced their 2019 lineup yesterday with Madeon (real name Hugo Pierre Leclercq) accompanied by the likes of such EDM artists as Flume, The Chainsmokers and FISHER as well as top 40 acts like Ariana Grande and The Strokes. Today, Leclercq let his fans know that he will perform a “MADEON LIVE” set – although it remains to be seen what that will constitute.

Leclercq released his first EP in the form of 2012’s The City, and made his studio album debut in 2015 with Adventure. Last year he moved to the U.S. and has been working on another effort for which no title, release date or any other information is presently available.
Outside of Second Sky Festival and Lollapalooza, Madeon also has yet to announce any 2019 shows at the time of writing.
