By the looks of things, Excision and Wooli have more than one collaboration out on the horizon. This past weekend Seven Lions debuted a joint endeavor with the two bass music producers during his performance at Electric Zoo. In addition to that, they appear to have a separate collaboration between the two of them in the works.
Excision (real name Jeff Abel) revealed that it will go by the name "Lockdown" in the tweet in which he shared playback of the track. Unlike their Seven Lions collab, the song encapsulates a happy medium between both artists' hard-hitting signature sound nearly devoid of more melodic elements.
Wooli (real name Adam Puleo) has been a fixture of gatherings like Lost Lands Festival and Bass Canyon Festival, both of which are curated annually by Abel. In addition, he delivered a remix of "Her" by Excision and Dion Timmer all the way back in 2017.
Neither Excision nor Wooli have disclosed the official release date for "Lockdown" at the time of writing.
