The new imprint will feature Diplo's own house music productions, as well as those of rising house music stars and well-established artists. According to Pentz, "The genre has always been incredibly important to me, and Higher Ground is our homage to the legends and opportunity to champion new sounds and artists from around the world pushing the genre forward."
Diplo's latest venture will include a new single from house music maestros Walker & Royce out September 4, alongside new music from andhim, Born Dirty, DJEFF, and more.
Continually pushing the envelope, Diplo has had his hand in just about every aspect of the music industry lately. With the Higher Ground label, he seeks to take things even further, while honoring the roots of dance music and how it all started.
