Diplo Delivers Wholesome Holiday Parody of Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode”

Diplo reimagined Travis Scott's summer hit with far more seasonal lyrics.

Few musicians have delivered viral holiday content as consistently as Diplo has this year. For Halloween he dressed up as Dua Lipa in the video for their 2017 single "Electricity," and now he's spoofed "Sicko Mode" by Travis Scott to celebrate the holidays.

In a video posted to various social media channels, Diplo (real name Thomas Wesley Pentz) performed his own rendition of "Sicko Mode" complete with lighthearted seasonal references. "Snow on the ground freezing cold/Santa's on his way in the sleigh/Rudolph gonna do it for a little elf/hanging up those stocking on the top shelf," read the first few lines.

Concluding a five-day run of gigs that will bring him to Edmonton, Dallas, Aspen and Las Vegas, Diplo will close out 2019 with a performance at Lake Tahoe, California New Years Eve festival Snowglobe on December 31st.
