Alison Wonderland Shares Acoustic Rendition of “Peace”

Alison Wonderland was accompanied by a four-piece band to perform "Peace" for this video.

Alison Wonderland has had a relatively quiet year on the release front, but her latest endeavor has added dimension to her rapidly growing career. The Australian DJ/producer has reimagined her April single "Peace" as an acoustic ballad with the help of a four-piece band.

In the video for the acoustic version of "Peace" – which runs a minute longer than the source material – Alison Wonderland (real name Alexandra Sholler) sits front and center with two guitarists, a keyboardist, and an upright bass player in the background. As they build upon the motif of the original, she delivers the song's melancholic verses.

Following her 2015 debut album Run, Sholler became a household name among EDM fans virtually overnight. Last year she followed it up with Awake, whose songs were later remixed by the likes of QUIX, Bleep Bloop and Kill Paris.

Sholler will continue touring with a performance at HARD Summer in Fontana, California on August 3rd.
