Raised in the Bay Area, Taylor Chung AKA WENZDAY is a classically trained vocalist, who at 16 years old moved to Los Angeles to commit to DJing full-time. She then went on to be the youngest person ever to DJ the world famous Playboy Mansion, and become one of the most sought-after open format female DJs in the city. While cutting her teeth in the club circuit, she graduated from the prestigious hit-maker-incubator, Icon Collective. She is also a co-founder of LA streetwear clothing company/label 40oz Cult, alongside her brother Dack Janiels. With a renewed focus on bass music production, Wenzday has gone outside 40oz Cult to also release acclaimed singles on Dim Mak, Gold Digger, Doom Records, Play Me Records, and Popgang; garnering support from blogs such as Bassrush, Your EDM, and This Song Slaps. She also currently hosts a weekly radio show on DASH1 that features original mixes from herself and her peers. Known for her fearless live sets, she shows no signs of slowing down and continues a sleep-when-Iʼm-dead work ethic, because after all, to her growing legion of fans, Everyday is Wenzday.
